Do Your Own Thing
If you like the idea of an Activity Passport but don’t like the activities that the DfE has chosen or you don’t like the way the activities have been allocated to specific years, why not make your own version.
We’ve Made It Easy
We have a blank Activity Passport onto which you can directly type the activities.
After adding activities, save this version that is unique to you/your school.
Print it out. Edit it again whenever you like.
When you have added your own tasks, save to your computer.
On your computer, edit with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you don’t want to edit online a direct download is here.
